Arrival arrangements

Reception / Registration
The main conference registration will take place on the
Ffriddoedd site
from 2pm to 9pm on Sunday June 29:
(Help with the pronunciation of Ffriddoedd:
fri as in frill,
then th as in then (not thin),
followed by oi as in noise
and a final th as in then:
i.e. frithoith with two hard th's.)
There will be a minibus shuttle,
provided by Llangefni Minibuses,
from the railway station
to the Ffriddoedd site between 14:30 and 19:30 on Sunday.
Procedure for those who have paid for their accommodation.
- Collect room keys from the Ffriddoedd reception building.
- Deposit luggage in your room.
- Go to the Ffriddoedd bar to register for the conference.
Those who have not paid in advance should register at the Ffriddoedd bar first.
Procedure for those arriving on other days or at other times.
- Keys to booked rooms can be obtained at the reception building
after 2pm on the day of arrival.
Croeso/Welcome Bangor staff are at reception from 8am to 8pm each day.
At other times there are security staff on duty at Ffriddoedd Reception
who can provide keys and directions.
- A conference desk will be staffed during the day at the
Top College site,
and conference registration will also take place there.
- Please note that the Cerys dining hall will not be available
on Saturday or Friday for delegates who have booked an extra night.
Extra night bookings do of course include breakfast.
