University of Wales, Bangor - School of Informatics
19th British Combinatorial Conference
Registration Information

LATEST - 01/05/03
Due the deluge of bookings and abstracts arriving during the
past two weeks,
and the fact that a few users have found the
booking form crashing before completion,
the deadline after which the registration fee increases
has been moved to Friday 16th May.
(The booking form has been adjusted to reflect this change.)
Abstracts will continue to be accepted up to the end of May.
If I have not answered your email, it is because I am processing
them on a "last in, first out" basis, and they keep coming in!

The
booking form,
prepared by the Conference Office web page designer, is now available.
Here are some notes on filling in the form.
If you have a companion:
- Complete a separate booking form for your companion.
- On page 1, you will be required to enter a name and institution
for the badge, even if this is irrelevant.
- At the bottom of page 1, when asked
How did you find out about the conference?,
state that you are a companion,
and who it is that you are accompanying.
- On page 4, select non-residential or day delegate.
- On page 5, select B&B, lunches, dinners, etc. as required,
but do not select any "Days Attending".
Here is all the information on the costs of the conference:

If you require a formal invitation, please ask.
However, because there have been a number of spurious requests,
the committee are considering a policy of requiring a reference
with any such request. It has not yet been decided who would
be acceptable as a referee, but UK combinatorialists and
others known personally to a committee member would certainly
be included.
