19th British Combinatorial Conference

Registration Information

Maths at Bangor

LATEST - 01/05/03
Due the deluge of bookings and abstracts arriving during the past two weeks,
and the fact that a few users have found the booking form crashing before completion,
the deadline after which the registration fee increases has been moved to Friday 16th May.
(The booking form has been adjusted to reflect this change.)
Abstracts will continue to be accepted up to the end of May.
If I have not answered your email, it is because I am processing them on a "last in, first out" basis, and they keep coming in!
(Chris Wensley)

The booking form, prepared by the Conference Office web page designer, is now available.

Here are some notes on filling in the form.

If you have a companion:

Here is all the information on the costs of the conference:

Registration Fees:

The fee includes mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, and a copy of the book, Surveys in Combinatorics, 2003. ( * Evidence of student status required.)

Accommodation and meals:

Standard accommodation is provided on the Friddoedd site in en-suite, single rooms.
Most dinners will also be served on this site.
Lectures; contributed talks; lunches; and the conference dinner will be held in Top College.
A coach shuttle will be provided in the morning and evening (but it is expected that most delegates will prefer the short walk between the two sites).

Optional extras:

If anything is unclear please send me an email: bcc2003@informatics.bangor.ac.uk

If you require a formal invitation, please ask.
However, because there have been a number of spurious requests, the committee are considering a policy of requiring a reference with any such request. It has not yet been decided who would be acceptable as a referee, but UK combinatorialists and others known personally to a committee member would certainly be included.
